Pending Changes to Sixth Circuit Rules 28(g) and 45(a)(7)

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has voted to amend Sixth Circuit Rules 28(g) and 45(a)(7) as indicated in the hyperlinked text. As called for in Rule 47(a), interested parties shall have until December 20, 2006 to comment on the proposed changes. Rule 28(g) , Rule 45(a)(7) .
