Instead of ordering your cdiert report online, you need to call them and order it. They will probably have the security questions too, but they will be able to give you different ones if you can not answer the ones given online. You will have to tell them there is fradulent activity on the account and that is why you cannot answer the questions. One way or another, they will prove your identity and allow you access. The sooner the better because there is a good chance that family member is not paying the bill.

NiallNovember 15, 2008Not yet There has been a balls up with the product acoitavitn so people can't actually access the game. Seta hope to have the issue resolved soon!Poor show although fingers crossed they can get it sorted!
