And for those “let’s get back to what the Foundading Fathers thought and indented” folks, let’s not foradget that in 1798, our 2nd presadiaddent and a Foundading Father, John Adams, signed into law An Act for the Relief of Sick and Disadabled Seaadmen. This fedaderal law was passed by the 5th Conadgress comadposed almost entirely of our revadoadluadtionadary Foundading Fathers. It manaddated that priadvately employed sailors puradchase health care insuradance and it estabadlished the first payadroll deducadtion requireadment with fines for employaders who did not participate.

hi its not free what m thinking of but its wii fit it works like any thing iv ever seen beofre has yoga it tells you how much wight you lost or gained since the last time you played it it makes you do a body test to see if your bodys in shape and you set a goal you want to reach it is pretty big buck BUT ITS WORTH IT !!best of luck portia

Hi sarah, thank you so much for your videos, i love it. I just stertad your diet plan and this work out. The problem is still i cant do push ups so can i do this without push ups untill i get used to it. thank you.
